Delivery times range from 2 to 14 business days, excluding public holidays and peak periods.

We securely box all orders but items like bikes require some assembly—refer to our assembly page or contact your local dealer for assistance (assembly fees may apply). Note, we do not ship large items to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers, though small articles can be delivered to P.O. Boxes via AusPost.

For bikes ordered online for delivery, these will arrive in a box with about 20% of the assembly required upon unpacking. We have detailed videos showing the steps for assembly on our Youtube channel.

Can I unlock my bike's performance?

Yes sure you can unlock your bike to the maximum speed or watt output the motor is capable of producing.

But take note of the regulations in your area as doing so may deem your bike legal for off road private property use only.

Be sure to check the speed limit in your area but typically speaking exceeding 25km/h is not legal practice in most states.

Can I add a throttle to my bike?

Yes sure! We do have them available as optional accessories here, but keep in mind throttles are only legal on Private Property only hence why we do not include them with any of our bikes.

Are E-Bikes legal to ride on the road?

In general, yes — e-bikes are legal to ride in Australia, provided they meet specific regulations. Most states follow a version of the European EN15194 standard, but there are important differences across states and territories.

To be considered legal for on-road use, electric bikes must:

Have a maximum power output of 250W (some exceptions apply — for example, NSW allows up to 500W for certain classifications)
Be pedal-assisted only — the motor can only activate when the rider is pedalling (pedelec)
Throttle-only operation is not permitted on public roads only private property
Be not capable of an assisted top speed of more than 25km/h — after this, the motor must cut out
Comply with all general road rules, including helmet use, speed limits, and designated bike paths

Remember:

Every state and territory in Australia may interpret or enforce e-bike laws differently. E-bikes with motors larger than 250W, or those with throttle-only operation, may be restricted to off-road or private property use only and could be considered non-compliant for public road use.

What is an "X" and "S" model?

Simply put an "X" model is a Cross bar step over frame design, where as our "S" models are step through frames.

Shipping

How does my bike come delivered?

All our E-Bikes come securely boxed and are shipped 80% assembled and do require some assembly. Should you need assistance you can checkout our Tutorials & Tips page for assembly videos or you can also refer to a store near you for bike builds and service.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Express shipping is available on all small domestic orders (for an additional charge).

Bulky freight such as E-Bikes will typically take substantially longer to deliver as more manual handling is required so with this in mind on average to most major cities is approx a 5-10day's. For more rural areas, NT, WA or TAS you could expect to see 14 days or more for your order to arrive.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination.
