Remote areas, islands, and low-service locations may require additional freight charges.

In some cases, orders may be cancelled or adjusted if the area cannot be serviced.

Most small items are delivered within a week, however delivery times can vary by state and item size. During peak seasons or busy shopping periods, delays of 7–20 business days may occur. Remember larger items such as bikes and motorbikes typically always take far longer due to manual handling and road freight requirements.

If your order has not arrived after 16 business days, please contact info@ampdbros.com with your order number.

These delays are uncommon but can happen during high courier demand. All delivery estimates are provided as a guide only.

All deliveries require a signature and cannot be left unattended. If no one is available, re-delivery fees may apply. We recommend shipping to an attended address or trusted location.

We ship most items currently to New Zealand, the UK, Europe and the USA.

Large items such as bikes may require customised quote. Shipping rates are typically shown at checkout, or contact us for a quote if no price appears. We can also ship to most other countries by request.

All international orders ship from Australia.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, tax/VAT and any local charges.

These are not included in product or shipping prices. Unpaid duties may result in delays, returns, or forfeited orders.

Ampd Bros is not liable for these costs.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

All items are securely boxed.

E-Bikes are shipped 80% assembled and may require professional assembly.

Incorrect assembly may void your warranty.

To make sure your Ampd Bros gear arrives before Christmas, all online orders must be placed, paid for and shipped by December 2nd.

Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time and unfortunately, Ampd Bros cannot guarantee or take responsibility for any delays or orders that do not arrive before Christmas if placed past this cut-off date.
