Do your bikes come assembled?
Bikes ordered online arrive in a box with about 20% of assembly required upon unpacking. We have detailed assembly videos on our YouTube channel and Tutorials page. In-store purchases can be assembled for a fee.
Are e-bikes legal?
Yes — e-bikes are legal in Australia. To be road-legal they must be pedal-assist only, not exceed 25km/h assisted, and have a max continuous output of 250W (some state exceptions apply). Throttle-only and higher-powered devices are restricted to private property. Always check your local road authority.
How long is your warranty?
Our adult range is backed by a 2 Year nationwide warranty, and kids' bikes by 1 Year. See our warranty page for full terms.
How much is delivery?
FREE for orders over $100 in Australia, or a flat $8.95 under $100. Express and shipping insurance are available at checkout. A $199 fee applies to oversized motorbikes to WA, TAS and NT.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping is normally 3-5 days. Bulky freight like e-bikes averages 5-10 days to major cities, and 14+ days to rural areas, NT, WA or TAS.
Can I add a throttle to my bike?
For off-road/private property use, yes — throttles are available as optional accessories. They are not legal on public roads, which is why they aren't included with our bikes.
